This is one of my personal crystals.  I have never seen one so damaged and yet self-healed.  It is also a Record Keeper although I have not photographed them.

     To me, where it has grown baby crystals to fill the big crack, it looks just like a smile - maybe a dolphin or whale smile.  Whenever I feel I'm going through a bit too much to be borne, I hold this crystal and it almost sings "I shall survive".  There is a lot to being a wounded healer....

Oh yes, it's wounded on the other side as well, multiple fractures yet it still holds itself together.  Just doesn't know how to give up!
