How to take Bach remedies:  put 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals.  If no water is available, take undiluted or put on the skin behind the ears or on the inside of the wrist. Taking it undiluted will do you no harm at all.  

To make a dosage bottle, put 2 drops  into a clean empty 30ml dropper bottle then fill  with mineral water. Take 4 drops from the dosage bottle 4 times a day (try and space out evenly) under the tongue.   Ideally keep the dosage bottle in the fridge, at this rate of use it will last about 3 weeks.  Stock bottles can be stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight.  They will last indefinitely.

Same combination as above plus Crab Apple, the cleansing remedy.  A  salve which can help soothe many skin conditions and can be used in emergencies.

How to use Rescue Remedy: put 4 drops of Rescue Remedy in 1/4 glass of water or other liquid (preferably not tea or coffee or alcohol)  and sip frequently until distress eases.  Using it neat will not do any harm.  The cream is for external use only and can be put direct on cuts, bruises, stings etc.  Taking the drops and using the cream will help address the problem even more quickly.
