Reflexology
on Feet or Hands

Reflexology involves pressure and massage on points in the hands and feet that are linked with various points on the body. It is normally done on the feet and ankles, but if you are very sensitive in those areas then it can be done on the hands.
Amanda also does a special Light Touch form of Reflexology for those who are in a lot of pain and can not stand pressure or massage.
Reflexology can have a beneficial effect on many emotional issues as well as physical conditions. You will have a consultation with Amanda before your session so your needs can be assessed, ensuring the treatment is of maximum benefit to you.
10-minute taster sessions are available (£3) as well as a full one-hour session (£35). If you extend a taster session to a full one, you are only charged for the one hour. Discounts are available if you book 3 sessions at the same time. The discount will be taken from your third session.
Amanda is available every Tuesday and may be able to come on other days by special appointment if you can not come on Tuesday.

we don't put the charge through. However, we need at least 24 hours notice
of cancellation, or we will charge you half the amount of the appointment.
