ORDERING

This is a new site still under construction and we have not yet got to the catalogue/shopping cart bit so at the moment the only way you can order is via e-mail, fax, phone or snail-mail.  We apologise for this and promise to get full ordering facilities in place as soon as possible - it's in our interest as well as yours!
(LATEST: We have just started input using Miva Merchant, so we will soon have at least some products available for online ordering, once we master the complexities of the software that is!)

Meanwhile, please bear with us.  Let us know what you would like and if the price is not shown yet we will get back to you by your chosen method so if you want us to phone or fax rather than e-mail, give us the number.  UK p&p is 12% of price.  We will quote individually for international orders.  At the moment we can only accept payment in sterling, other currencies will come on line when we get the on-line catalogue done.

If you want something you think we might stock but which is not listed, please e-mail (or phone/fax) and we will tell you what we have in that line. Remember international time differences too, it does make a difference to expected response times. Also, at the moment the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday although the shop is open, so if we don't get your e-mail or fax by Friday lunchtime, we won't until Monday morning.
