About Our Products

Our products are personally chosen by Clive and Wendy, we never let a supplier simply sell us what they consider to be their most suitable range, we pick and choose (you can hear them sigh when we ask to see everything!). 

We have so many different products available that although our shop has had to become Tardis-like in its capacity there is never room for everything we would like so items are constantly changing, which makes categorising a bit difficult!  (Anyone want to offer us a department store?) We have done a rough list which will give you some idea of our range.

We tend not to carry a large number of each item and when something runs out, we may well replace it with something basically similar, but not identical.  This keeps our shop looking fresh and helps provide a wider range than if we kept to a fixed inventory.  If we do not have the exact item you ordered, we will suggest a substitute and explain any differences.

We are in the process of putting together our online catalogue, but having so many products it will take time to get it finished.  Meanwhile, if you want something you think we might stock but which is not listed, please e-mail (or phone/fax) and we will tell you what we have in that line.  If you want a picture, we may well be able to e-mail a GIF or JPEG.  We realise this makes ordering from us more lengthy than you'd like, but it's a more personal service and ensures you get what you think you've ordered - unlike some on-line stores!
